How do we get started?
It’s a free first session. our opportunity to earn your trust and make sure we’re a good fit
We will go through a workout, discuss your goals, and assess your strengths and areas for growth
After the first session how do we continue?
We schedule sessions via your preferred method of communication, such as text, and email
We train 7 days a week 5am - 9:30pm
To keep things flexible you can schedule a workout at a time you prefer. NOTE* times are reserved on a first come first serve basis (we try to figure it out though!)
How much do you charge?
Personal Training is $50 per session each session is 50 minutes to an hour
Private Pilates is $55 per session each session is 50 minutes to an hour
Pay per session, no contracts or packages required
Are there any other fees? What if I cancel?
NO other fees no late cancels, nothing.
You should not be penalized if you need to cancel a session for ANY reason, even if its a minute before the session.
