How do we get started?

  • First schedule an intro session

  • It’s a free first session. our opportunity to earn your trust and make sure we’re a good fit

  • We will go through a workout, discuss your goals, and assess your strengths and areas for growth

  • After the first session how do we continue?

  • We schedule sessions via your preferred method of communication, such as text, and email

  • We train 7 days a week 5am - 9:30pm

  • To keep things flexible you can schedule a workout at a time you prefer. NOTE* times are reserved on a first come first serve basis (we try to figure it out though!)

How much do you charge?

  • Personal Training is $50 per session each session is 50 minutes to an hour

  • Private Pilates is $55 per session each session is 50 minutes to an hour

  • Pay per session, no contracts or packages required

Are there any other fees? What if I cancel?

  • NO other fees no late cancels, nothing.

  • You should not be penalized if you need to cancel a session for ANY reason, even if its a minute before the session.
